Terms & Conditions – Wedding Connect Switzerland Tickets
1. Eligibility & Invitation Requirement
Tickets for Wedding Connect Switzerland are strictly personal and only valid if the purchaser has received a direct invitation from the organizers or has been explicitly approved by our team. Any ticket purchase without prior invitation or confirmation will be considered invalid, and entry to the event may be denied without refund.
2. Ticket Validity
Each ticket admits one person and is non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by the organizers. Identification may be required at the entrance.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations by guests are non-refundable.
– In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the event, tickets will be refunded at face value.
– The organizers are not liable for additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation).
4. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control (“force majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, floods, pandemics, strikes, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, tickets remain non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Participation in Wedding Connect Switzerland is at the guest’s own risk. The organizing team and associated companies accept no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property occurring during the event.
6. Event Modifications
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. All updates will be communicated in advance to registered guests.
7. Photography & Media Release
By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional and editorial purposes related to Wedding Connect Switzerland without further approval or compensation.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.

Your accommodation, meals, and drinks during the retreat are included in the price. The only thing you'll need to arrange yourself is your travel to Cyprus.

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed for wedding photographers and videographers — whether you're just starting out or already established. If you're looking to elevate your portfolio, connect with like-minded creatives, and gain real business insights, this experience is for you.
How many spots are available?
We are limiting the retreat to 12 participants only, to ensure an intimate, focused, and supportive experience.
Do I need to be an experienced photographer/videographer?
No! We welcome all experience levels. You’ll benefit whether you’re just getting started or refining your established brand — we focus on creative growth, mindset, and community at every level.
Will I get portfolio-worthy content?
Yes, absolutely! All styled shoots are curated with top vendors and designed to provide you with fresh, editorial-style content to use in your portfolio, social media, and marketing materials — as long as proper credits are given.
What happens if I can’t attend?
All bookings are binding and non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, you're welcome to send a replacement participant. If a replacement is found, your spot can be transferred or credited toward a future retreat.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your camera gear (photo or video), laptop if you'd like to edit, and comfortable clothes for both shooting and relaxing. We’ll send a full packing list closer to the event.
What’s the payment process?
You can secure your spot with a deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in 2–3 installments. Details will be outlined during checkout and via email after your booking.
Can I use the images for publication or social media?
Yes, you're encouraged to share your images, as long as all vendors and “Kuenzli Photography Workshop” are properly credited. We’ll provide a full vendor list and guidelines after each shoot.
