1. Eligibility & Invitation Requirement: Tickets are strictly personal and valid only for those who have received a direct invitation from the organizers or explicit approval from our team. Unauthorized purchases will be invalid, and entry may be denied.

2. Ticket Validity: Each ticket admits one person and is non-transferable unless authorized in writing by the organizers. Identification may be required.

3. Cancellations & Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. In case of event cancellation, tickets will be refunded at face value only. Additional costs (travel, accommodation) are not covered.

4. Force Majeure: Organizers are not liable for events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.). Tickets remain non-refundable.
