Terms & Conditions – Wedding Connect Switzerland Tickets

1. Eligibility & Invitation Requirement
Tickets for Wedding Connect Switzerland are strictly personal and only valid if the purchaser has received a direct invitation from the organizers or has been explicitly approved by our team. Any ticket purchase without prior invitation or confirmation will be considered invalid, and entry to the event may be denied without refund.

2. Ticket Validity
Each ticket admits one person and is non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by the organizers. Identification may be required at the entrance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations by guests are non-refundable.
– In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the event, tickets will be refunded at face value.
– The organizers are not liable for additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation).

4. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control (“force majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, floods, pandemics, strikes, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, tickets remain non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability
Participation in Wedding Connect Switzerland is at the guest’s own risk. The organizing team and associated companies accept no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property occurring during the event.

6. Event Modifications
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. All updates will be communicated in advance to registered guests.

7. Photography & Media Release
By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional and editorial purposes related to Wedding Connect Switzerland without further approval or compensation.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
